Hi Dino. Do we have a list of those who were opposed to the Resolution? I think we should also let the public know who are on their side. Thanks.

Haven't found anything online yet, Chito, but you can find representatives who stood up and opposed the HR during plenary at http://filipinovoices.com/hr-1109-in-the-plenary-live-blog.

Guys, please call or e-mail your congressman and let them know that we are against this stupidity -- was just trying to access the HoR website, but it's down..hmmm..but I think the members' web page is at http://www.congress.gov.ph/members.

Good for your district, Lea. :) It's really an embarrassment to be included in the gallery of shame!

I am so proud of my Congresswoman (Thelma Zosa Almario, 2nd District of Davao Oriental) for supporting HR1109. She's our inspiration in our province and held various positions in our province. A long time mayor, vice-governor, governor and perennial congresswoman. She lasted through the years until now. She's now near 80....She contributed a lot of projects and opportunities in our province. Maam Thelma, we support and proud of you....hayaan mo ang mga hyprocrites.....GOD bless po.

If you would bother to ACTUALLY research this topic, you would know that the above information is not correct. You all basically listed every person in the House of Congress, and if you look at the official document, many of the names listed are NOT on the document. Furthermore, do you all know . . . . correction, UNDERSTAND the purpose of House Resolution No. 1109?
Typical Filipino. Open your mouth and complain without even checking your facts.
It's very easy to place the blame on government leaders AFTER you all voted them in. If you really feel strongly about the decisions they make then maybe you should do something BEFORE the fact and vote someone in that would represent your voice. You are all cowards and idiots for not doing anything about HR1109 and only noticing it after it passed. Maybe if you were more involved and communicated with your leaders, things like this would not happen.
